We got the chance to work with young Austrian Pop-Punkers „A Screaming Symphony“ in the wake of the Bam Margera concert at Ottakringer Brauerei. These young guns combine good showmanship with a tight craft to deliver a high energy performance. Look forward to the videos!
A Screaming Symphony have gone through a remarkable musical transformation since their beginning in 2006. What started out as emo-pop, has turned into their own style, which could be described as pop-punk. When listening to their new CD „The A.S.S. Files“, their own distinctive sound can be heard immediately and each song just clearly sounds like A Screaming Symphony. This is hard pop, this is party-punk, this is fun rock with easy but throbbing, instantly catchy guitar riffs. Remarkable and also a trademark of the band are the harmony vocals of the choruses, which turn the songs into haunting melodies.
„We are a live band!“, the four guys proudly say and have proven their professionalism and musical joy with rocking countless stages in over 60 live performances and acquiring a remarkable fan base, which is constantly growing from gig to gig. However, A Screaming Symphony are one of those bands, who compose, arrange and play their songs to perfection in the studio. They work with hit producer Gwenael Damman (Earcatcher Records), who has turned Klimmstein, James Cottriall and Stefan di Bernardo into chart successes and who has had great fun producing „The A.S.S. Files“, a pop-punk CD, which easily compares to international productions.
Even though the band works hard and constantly develops sounds, arrangements and hook lines for new songs, the fun factor never falls short. Cracking jokes and laughing a lot is part of every rehearsal and is also celebrated with each live performance. To share the passion with your fellow band mates is one thing but to share it with friends is what A Screaming Symphony have learned over the years and always take with them to the stage – this is how the audience is drawn into the band’s world – each and every time.
